Why we started
Most contractors we talk to have tried it all: ad agencies with monthly retainers, shared lead sites that sell the same homeowner to five companies, and directories that charge whether the phone rings or not. The common thread is paying up front and hoping.
We built a simpler deal. You choose your trade, your service area and the jobs you want. We find homeowners who match, verify them, and send them to you the moment they come in. You pay per lead, and if a lead does not meet the criteria, we replace it.
Our lead standards
- Real homeowners. Every lead is a property owner who asked to be contacted about a project.
- Verified contact details. Phone numbers and addresses are checked before delivery.
- Matched to you. Trade, job type and ZIP code match what you signed up for.
- Sold once. Each lead goes to one contractor and is never resold.
- Replaced if invalid. Report a bad lead within 72 hours and we replace it. Read the lead policy.
